A: Deposit is non-refundable. Full refund (less deposit) if canceled 45+ days in advance. Less than 45 days = no refund unless date is rebooked.

A: Indoor restroom available, or optional rented outdoor restroom. Guest cottage kitchenette included. Vendors welcome. Ample on-site parking for up to 50 guests.

A: Yes we have friendly ducks and chickens on our property! We welcome any visitors to their pen, we just ask you don’t feed them or open the gate of their pen unless otherwise agreed upon.
